• Kickboxing is a growing phenomenon for both men and women of all ages looking to increase their physical fitness. People from all walks of life are learning the physical and mental benefits of this sport.

• The demands of this sport require you to be able to give your all for 3-4 minutes. Then you have a recovery time of 1-2 minutes. This requires you to be in top physical condition. With this dedication comes the commitment to training and eating right.

• The results of a kickboxing workout exceeds that which you might get running, lifting weights or doing aerobic classes. It helps you attain your goals and at the same time increases you mental processes.

• A kickboxing workout has far greater body enhancements than one might get from running, jogging or lifting weights. You work your body and your thought processes at the same time in a kickboxing workout. Whatever your physical fitness goals are, you will notice an immediate improvement once you start my lessons.
