Kickboxing
You can start kickboxing without martial arts expertise. Kickboxing combines traditional hand boxing techniques with kicks and moves from martial arts. It can be used in self defence and can increase strength, suppleness and general levels of fitness. I will first assess your needs and current level of fitness via an initial free consultation. I will then safely guide you through training sessions, providing the requisite motivation and encouragment!
My rates are $50/hr for private
lessons.

I am an ALL OCCASSIONAL VOCALIST. Seal your love with one of my songs!
My rates are $100 for 1 song depending on how many songs you might want.
SOME TRAINING TIPS
HYDRATION: Always drink plenty of water before, during and after training.
RESOLUTION MOTIVATION: Set a goal to slim down and shape up in 2007! Write down your fitness goals and then stick to them.
RESISTANCE TRAINING: Tone your muscles using a 10 repetition range for 4 sets of each exercise.
AEROBIC TRAINING: Try doing cardio work-outs using high intensity intervals, preferably first thing in the morning.
ABS: Commit to doing aerobic exercises on a regular basis. You should also watch what you eat for abs to really show through.
